Terms and conditions

When booking an appointment via text, call or email your name, email and phone number will be transferred to my portal with ‘Shedul’. Updates will be sent to you confirming your appointment, terms and conditions as well as a reminder of the cancellation fee if these are not adhered to.

If you call to rearrange or cancel with less than 24 hours notice for an appointment at my Sheffield practice, or by phone or video-link then you will pay 100% of the consultation fee (£120 for 120 minute, new-patient consultations or £60 for 60 minute, follow-ups).

If you call to rearrange or cancel with less than 48 hours notice for an appointment at my Manchester practice then you will pay 100% of the consultation fee.

Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer during a face-to-face appointment at either Sheffield or Manchester. Payment for phone or video-link consultations can only be made by bank transfer.

Payment for consultation and medicine must be made before medicine is dispensed and/or posted.
